Southern Ontario Canes is a development program for players aged 13 to 16. Southern Ontario Canes teams are focused to help players to reach the skill level that is necessary for Ontario Canes and Canes Canada National.

- Fall & Spring/Summer season
- U.S Summer tournaments
- 6 month training program Nov-April, 4 days a week supervised with 3 testing sessions to monitor player progress
